Privacy policy
This policy describes the My Cloud Nine iPhone app and this website, operated by Tony Tran.
Your check-in stays on your device
The app stores preferences, daily readings, and your saved collection on your iPhone. A profile, name, birthday, or microphone recording is not required. Affirmations use a curated library; check-in answers are not sent to a generative AI service. Home Screen widgets use shared on-device storage. Phone reminders are scheduled locally through iOS.
Purchases and Premium verification
Apple handles purchases, subscriptions, and payment information. For Premium voice, the app sends a signed Apple purchase transaction to our voice service. The service checks subscription status with Apple and stores a hashed subscription identifier, reading text, audio references, and request times to enforce limits and authorize replay. We do not receive your payment card information.
Voice recordings
Premium narration sends curated reading text to our service hosted on Render and to ElevenLabs to generate audio. It does not send microphone recordings or check-in answers. Matching audio clips are cached and reused across subscribers. The app may also cache audio on your device. Voice-service quota and reading records are currently retained until an operator removes them; reusable clips are retained to support replay. Clearing the app’s local data does not remove these server records.
Ads and service providers
The free app uses Google AdMob and Google’s consent tools. Depending on your choices and applicable settings, Google may process device identifiers, advertising data, connection information, and ad interactions. Premium removes in-app ads. You can review available ad privacy choices in the app. Apple, Google, ElevenLabs, and Render also process information under their own policies: Apple, Google, ElevenLabs, and Render.
This website
This website does not add analytics, advertising scripts, or contact forms. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection data such as IP addresses and request information for delivery and security. Sending beta feedback or contacting support shares the information you choose to include.
Your choices
You can clear local saved data, manage notification permissions in iOS, review ad privacy choices, and manage purchases with Apple. For privacy questions or requests concerning voice-service records, email mycloudnineapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify the subscription associated with a request, but you should not send payment credentials.
